The listing is the start of a relationship.

Pet owners need to find a suitable groomer, trainer or sitter and understand how to book. The business on the other side needs to manage its information, availability and customer relationships. PawPointers connects those two experiences.

A central challenge is turning a directory entry into an account a real business can operate. TIN built a claim and verification journey alongside provider subscriptions, scheduling and the tools used to run a listing.

Inside the platform.

Find the right service, nearby.

The consumer portal combines service categories, keyword and location search, business profiles, reviews and maps. Listings can reflect different visibility tiers while retaining a consistent route into the business detail.

Signed-in customers have an account area for bookings and reviews. Search and discovery lead into a customer journey that continues beyond the first page view.

Claim, verify and get to work.

A business owner can submit a claim against an unclaimed listing. The platform records the request, provides provisional access and gives an operator an approval or rejection step. Invitation links can take a business directly to its own listing.

The provider workspace brings together profiles, services, photographs, reviews, bookings, a calendar, team access and billing. Owners with several locations can switch the listing they are managing.

One booking journey across different providers.

Customers follow a consistent booking experience, while each listing can connect to the built-in booking engine or a scheduling integration. Server-side credentials and event handling keep those connections behind the application.

Provider plans connect billing to available features and listing visibility. Operators have a separate workspace for claims, accounts, bookings and marketplace administration.

The business listing anchors the system.

Ownership, staff roles, reviews, claims and bookings are attached to the relevant business. Database access rules enforce those boundaries, so switching locations changes the working context without broadening a user’s permissions.

The consumer, provider and operator applications share modules for common platform work. Listing fields, features and branding are configurable, allowing the underlying system to support another service category without starting over.

Built around both sides of the marketplace.

In development

PawPointers is in development. The work to date includes the three application surfaces, the claim-to-ownership flow, provider plans and booking connections.

The aim is a continuous journey for both sides: pet owners can move from discovery to an appointment, and providers can turn their listing into a working part of their business.
