Documents and participants come together around a shared transaction.Concept animation

Every participant needs the same thread.

A document transaction moves through preparation, scheduling, participant coordination, signing and record keeping. Different people join at different moments, but the document and its history need to remain connected throughout.

TIN is building Notarized as a set of connected application modules. Organisation roles and transaction context determine what a person can see and do, from preparing an envelope to coordinating a remote session or managing a travelling notary assignment.

Inside the platform.

A transaction workspace with defined roles.

The core application connects organisations, contacts, transactions and team access. Features can vary by organisation type, while the account and permission model remains shared.

That gives a legal team, title business or notary a working context suited to its part of the process. Operators manage organisation settings, plans and access separately from the participant experience.

Prepare the document. Coordinate the people.

The remote-session workflow brings scheduling, a participant lobby, video, document uploads and session records into the application. Electronic-signing tools cover envelopes, field placement, participant links and reminders.

The build also includes document sealing and verification records using file hashes, timestamps and verification links. The purpose is to keep the document, its participants and its recorded history connected throughout the transaction.

Support work that happens in person, too.

A travelling-notary workflow adds job orders, matching, claims or bids, payment steps and a daily work view. It connects the assignment to the wider transaction rather than treating field work as a separate spreadsheet.

Deed preparation and electronic recording are further modules in development. They are part of the planned platform scope, rather than services represented here as already available.

Completion has to mean something.

A transaction should only move to a completed state when its required records are present. TIN is building that relationship between workflow state and stored artefacts into the application, alongside tenant boundaries and role-based access.

Private storage, short-lived access links and recorded file hashes support controlled document handling. External video and identity services connect through integration layers, while the application keeps responsibility for the transaction workflow.

A platform in development.

In development

Notarized remains an upcoming project. The scope includes organisation workspaces, session coordination, electronic signing and mobile notary workflows, with additional document services still in development.

The release work needs to bring the document, participant and organisation journeys together, with the required records in place at each step.
