A product catalog built for business buyers.
B2B product discovery and inquiries, supported by an editable CMS.

A large product range, held back by an old website.
Horepa supplies hotels and restaurants from its base in Lebanon. When the company approached TIN, its website was more than fifteen years old. It was difficult to update and did little to present the breadth of products available to business buyers.
The brief was specific: help buyers explore the range and make requests, and give the team a manageable way to maintain product information. Online checkout was outside the scope of that original engagement.
Design the catalog around an inquiry.
We rebuilt the website in Webflow, combining a visual redesign with a CMS organized into product categories and subcategories. Buyers could browse toward the items relevant to their business and use the request mechanism to start a conversation.
The content structure was as important as the presentation. A broad catalog needs a consistent home for each product, and the people maintaining it need to understand how that structure works.
Make a broad range easier to navigate.
Categories and subcategories divide the catalog into useful starting points. Product imagery gives buyers a quick sense of the range before they read individual descriptions or make a request.
The captured catalog illustrates the inquiry-led website from this engagement. It presents hospitality products as items to discuss with the supplier, rather than assuming every purchase can be completed through a consumer checkout.

Give customization its own explanation.
Personalized hospitality products introduce questions beyond the item itself: how a buyer’s branding will appear, what can be customized and where to begin the discussion.
A dedicated customization page connects the product range with that bespoke service. It gives the buyer context for the inquiry and gives the supplier a place to explain the offer consistently.

Make the handover part of the build.
TIN trained Horepa’s staff to use the CMS, update product information and manage client requests. The delivery included the working website and the knowledge needed to maintain it.
For a catalog business, that is an essential part of the project. A well-presented range loses its usefulness if routine changes still depend on someone outside the business.
A catalog the business could manage.
The original engagement delivered a Webflow catalog, a structured publishing system, inquiry functionality and staff training. The images document that version of the site; Horepa’s current website has since changed.
