Serve the visitor and the member.

A professional association has two connected audiences: people looking for a business and members who want to take part. APPGA needed to support both, while giving its staff a way to manage what appears in the directory.

TIN retained the existing public identity and built the application around it. Account access, listing submissions, certificates and benefits now have a place alongside the searchable directory, rather than living as disconnected tasks.

Inside the platform.

A directory people can explore.

Visitors can search the groomer directory, filter by state and explore a map. Individual business profiles bring together services, certifications, opening hours and contact information.

The public website also covers membership, benefits and association content. Blog listings and article pages read from the shared content database, keeping the public experience connected to the application.

A useful place to return to.

The member dashboard brings account information, business submission, certificate requests, discounts and events into one workspace. Members can find their benefits without having to navigate the staff administration tools.

A business submission enters a review queue before it appears in the public directory. The member’s input and the association’s publication decision are separate steps in the same journey.

Put the approval into the process.

Certificate requests follow a similar path. A member requests a certificate, staff review it, and approval triggers a PDF based on the association’s supplied design.

The administrative area brings listing and certificate reviews together with user information, discount management and events. These are the operating tools behind the directory visitors see.

Three experiences. One connected application.

The public website, member dashboard and staff area work with a shared account and content model. Managed authentication and database services support businesses, members, plans, certificates, benefits and articles, while the application defines the workflows between them.

TIN integrated directory mapping and document generation with those workflows. Review is an explicit step: a submission is not treated as a published listing or an approved certificate simply because someone completed a form.

Live, with clear boundaries around the scope.

Live

APPGA is live. The platform connects groomer discovery, member self-service and the association’s review work, preserving the public brand while adding the tools behind it.

Membership checkout and billing-portal flows were configured in test mode; production payment activation is not part of the confirmed result. Access to the external business-software benefit uses manual account provisioning.
