Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, he has become adept at identifying market gaps, creating innovative solutions, and scaling businesses to new heights. HIs expertise spans across multiple domains, including strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and financial management.

Past Experience

After graduation, Wissam established Airways Aviation in the Middle East and developed academies in Lebanon and Turkey and continues to oversee the expansion of the Group internationally.

Wissam is also Executive Chairman of Intercontinental Aviation Organization Holdings, an aviation Holding company that owns and operates multiple flight training organizations and other aviation-related businesses such as jet charters, airport services, and aviation development projects in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia, and Europe.

Wissam remains philanthropic and seeks to create a better world. He is the Honorary Council for French Royan in Lebanon and a board member of the Peaceful Mind Foundation in the Middle East which is an affiliated institution of the United Nations.
