Ms. Ionescu is responsible for leading the infrastructure, technology, and programming teams at The Intelligent Network. She has led the development of TIN's core platform and is responsible for its continued evolution.

Past Experience

Gratia Ionescu is TIN's Director of Operations and Chief Information Officer. She is responsible for TIN's technology strategy, driving innovation through R&D, leveraging emerging technologies, and integrating TIN's core platforms to bring innovative solutions to our global clients. Gratia also oversees TIN's alliances, partnerships, and senior-level relationships with leading suppliers.

Gratia is a passionate advocate for gender equality in the workplace and is the executive sponsor for TIN's intern program.

• Contribute to corporate strategy in the areas of product development, purchasing, distribution and operations to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
• Direct, oversee and motivate the entire team at TIN.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that core operational functions.
• Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all requisite resources.
• Direct and control development team to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure safe and healthy working environments across all company locations.
• Evaluate overall company performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions
